1. Make Initial Contact to Determine Availability of the Speaker.

2. Download the speaker packet:
Speaker Fee Schedule, Topic Brochure, Brief CV, Administrative Suggestions to defray costs and to foster parent attendance at a meeting.

3. Accept Responsibility For:

Speaker Fee, Travel Expenses, Lodging (Where necessary)
Pre-Advertising
Duplication of Handout Material
Arrange for book sales

Provide Equipment: 
CD, Podium, Microphone, a large screen, surge protector with three electrical sockets, extension cord, water and a table or cart for an LCD projector and computer.

Payment is required at the time of the Presentation OR at the time of the presentation. Make checks payable to:
